TAX LAW
The Office has a long-standing experience in dealing with tax disputes. The Office assists clients in the event of tax audits and all dealings with the Italian Tax Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate), as well as initiate legal action against tax assessment notices and payment orders, administrative holds and registration of mortgages. The Office can intervene in the events of expropriations such as property repossessions, tax collection sales, garnishments, etc.
