LABOUR LAW
The Office, being a corporate-oriented legal office, assists its clients in the field of Labour Law as well as providing experienced consultancy to local business organizations.
Numerous work-related problems can arise from business' activities, these problems can concern various regulatory aspects concerning the management of work relations (types of work contracts, layoffs, mobbing, etc.), as well as company's reorganizations (solidarity contracts, temporary redundancy funds, reductions of personnel, etc.).
The Office assists clients, companies and employees in all these work-related problems, both in and out of court, including also aspects regarding transfers of business, other extraordinary company operations, company crises and insolvency proceedings.
