The issues concerning criminal law within the conduction of businesses, concerning the substantial upsurge of litigations in the last years, the introduction of "criminal liability" in company matters according to the D.Lgs n. 231/01 and the increased attention to tax crimes, have become increasingly relevant.
The Office provides professional and qualified assistance in such matters which also include bankruptcy, company and tax crimes, as well as crimes relating to accidents during work and environmental violations.
The Office provides an interdisciplinary approach to such issues thanks to a deep knowledge of company, tax and bankruptcy laws.
