COMPANY CRISIS AND INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS
The Office assists clients in bankruptcy proceedings, insolvency proceedings and company crisis thanks to the lawyer's professional experience gained working as official receivers and as attorneys in numerous and significant insolvency proceedings of the Tribunal of Lecco.
The Office offers consultancies and assistance for the management of the company crisis by identifying the most suitable instrument within those included in the Italian Bankruptcy Code (recovery plans ex art. 67 L.F.; debt reconstruction agreements ex art. 182 L.F.; arrangements with creditors, etc.) to ensure business' continuity if possible.
The assistance in such matters include also the management of problems regarding company laws, commercial laws and labor laws relating to the design and the implementation of suitable initiatives to achieve the solution of the crisis.
