CONTRACTS

The increasing diffusion of the ISO Certification for companies and the continuous internationalization of their activities have made it extremely important to pay great attention to the drawing up of structured and comprehensive contract models in compliance with various regulations of reference.

Such contracts, if adequately structured, ensure to minimize the risk of incurring in litigations.

The Office provides assistance in negotiations and in drawing up of the main contracts relating to the life of the company (agreements for the supply of goods and services, agency agreements and distribution agreements, investment agreements, tenders, leases, leases of businesses and branches of business), both in national and international level thanks to the ample knowledge of the main regulations governing the European Legislation and of the most important international conventions in such matters.

The Office also provides assistance both in English and in French.
